Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of progressive People experience, including strong exposure to People business partnering, talent management, employee relations, and recruitment. Proven ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with leaders and team members at all levels is required. Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with business outcomes, excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills, and critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills are also necessary. A solid understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and data-driven decision-making is needed, with experience in high-growth, fast-paced, or SaaS/software environments being an asset. A track record of supporting leaders in building a performance culture, recognizing achievement, addressing poor performance, and driving engagement is essential, along with a passion for building high-performing, engaged, and inclusive workplaces.

Responsibilities

The People Business Partner will build strong partnerships with business leaders, influencing decisions and supporting organizational success. They will provide strategic People guidance and oversee core People programs across workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, and performance management to foster a high-performance culture. This role involves leading recruitment for key roles, coaching managers on performance, feedback, and leadership practices, and analyzing People data and employee sentiment to identify trends and partner with leaders on actions that improve team effectiveness and organizational health. The People Business Partner will also build change readiness by supporting organizational initiatives with clear communication, resilience, and adaptability, integrating Procurify’s values into everyday people practices, and collaborating with leaders to develop practical, people-focused solutions that support both business success and a strong workplace culture.
