Requirements
- Substantial experience operating as an HR professional, ideally spanning both agile, scaling businesses and larger, complex, matrixed companies
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and lead/manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing and delegating tasks
- Seamless transition between strategic planning and hands-on execution, with strong understanding of both operational and strategic aspects of HR
- Outstanding understanding of human behavior, including strong self-awareness
- Experience as a seasoned thought partner, cultivating deep, trusting 1:1 relationships with senior leaders to influence decisions
- Extremely organized, accustomed to working at a very quick pace and balancing many tasks; proactive in identifying what needs to be done
