Responsibilities include editing influencer and UGC footage into polished, high-converting ads without losing authenticity, building ad variants for creative testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure creative aligns with brand voice, audience insights, and business goals. The role also involves contributing strategically by suggesting ideas for new formats, editing structures, and ad concepts based on platform trends and performance data, and writing copy that converts by developing on-screen text, headlines, and scripts optimized for platform, brand voice, and performance.
