Controlar los niveles óptimos de inventario para evitar material en exceso o faltante en planta
Seguimiento a proveedores mediante hojas criticas para el envió de material
Seguimiento a material crítico para evitar impactos en planta
Control de inventarios para evitar exceso y/o obsolescencia
Asegurar conservación de área
Cumplimientos a métricos del área (OSA, QVC, SDQIPK)
