Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in French payroll and personnel administration, with experience on SILAE Payroll software being a plus. Fluency in both written and verbal French and English is required, along with experience processing payroll according to local payroll legislation. A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Labor, or a related field is considered a plus. The role also requires an organized and methodical approach to work, the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team, and proficiency with IT tools like Excel, Word, and payroll systems, including the ability to perform manual calculations.

Responsibilities

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for assisting with standard accounting tasks related to payroll processes, including salary calculations for clients. Key duties involve maintaining payroll records for new hires, leavers, and transfers, ensuring compliance with client contracts, employment policies, taxation, mandatory insurances, and social security regulations. The specialist will ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of monthly payroll files, manage client inquiries via telephone and email, build and nurture customer relationships to deliver world-class service, perform additional duties as required by the operations team, and maintain KPI performance on client allocation.
