The Payroll Administrator will administer end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 800 U.S. and Canadian employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll cycles. This role involves maintaining knowledge of payroll tax regulations, accurately incorporating payroll variables, processing changes impacting payroll, and resolving payroll issues through collaboration with internal and external partners. Responsibilities also include ensuring accurate benefit deductions and payroll-related transactions, communicating with employees regarding payroll inquiries, organizing compliant payroll records, and assisting with year-end activities such as W-2s, T4s, tax filings, and audits. The administrator will also maintain payroll data with a high level of confidentiality and support the Senior Payroll Analyst in daily operations and projects.
