Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager, with preferred experience utilizing SAP Payroll, Replicon, Kronos, or Workday Time Tracking. Strong project management and leadership skills, including PMI certification (PMP, Agile), exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, professional experience in a multi-country role, superior oral and written communication skills, and the ability to identify and enact continuous improvement objectives are required.

Responsibilities

As a Payroll Process & Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading payroll and time tracking implementation or process improvement projects within the EMEA region, coordinating and delivering projects on time and within budget, ensuring effective MOC and quality assurance, managing stakeholder communication and dependencies, performing detailed requirements analysis and documenting processes, designing processes aligned with global standards, conducting comprehensive analysis of existing processes, identifying process improvements and automation opportunities, performing user acceptance testing when needed, carrying out risk assessments, and providing consistent project updates to stakeholders.
