The Payroll Implementation Manager will oversee the entire payroll implementation process for Deel's clients, including project set-up, client and project management, and defining payroll process requirements. This role involves managing data migration, configuring systems, conducting parallel payroll runs, and ensuring a seamless go-live transition. Responsibilities also include maintaining detailed project documentation, generating reports for analysis and reconciliation, and obtaining client sign-off on the project.
