Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll implementation and data migration, with a proven ability to manage full payroll implementation processes. Strong client and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to define and set up payroll processes and data requirements. Experience with system configuration, interface setup, and report generation for payroll data analysis and reconciliation is necessary. Familiarity with GL report mapping is also required.

Responsibilities

The Payroll Implementation Manager will oversee the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems for clients, ensuring accurate data transfer and seamless transitions. This role involves leading kick-off meetings, creating and managing project plans, and coordinating project streams. Responsibilities include defining and setting up client payroll processes, managing payroll calendars, maintaining detailed project documentation, configuring systems and interfaces for parallel and live payroll runs, and managing the go-live transition and client sign-off. The manager will also be responsible for generating reports to analyze, audit, and reconcile payroll data.
