The Payroll Implementation Manager should have experience in overseeing payroll system implementations and data migration. They need to be proficient in managing project plans, defining payroll process requirements, and configuring system interfaces and reports. Experience with GL report mapping and generating payroll data analysis and reconciliation reports is also required.
The Payroll Implementation Manager will lead the full payroll implementation process for clients, including organizing kick-off meetings and managing project plans to ensure successful roll-outs. They will define and set up client payroll processes, establish payroll and data requirements, and manage client payroll calendars. Responsibilities also include maintaining project documentation, configuring systems for parallel and live payroll runs, managing the go-live transition and sign-off, and generating reports for data analysis and reconciliation.
