The Payroll Implementation Manager should have experience in overseeing the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems. They must be able to lead and manage the full payroll implementation process, collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and guide clients through setup and migration phases. Experience with project management, defining payroll process requirements, system configuration, and generating reports for analysis and reconciliation is necessary. Familiarity with GL report mapping is also required.
The Payroll Implementation Manager is responsible for organizing and running kickoff meetings, delivering implementations, and creating/maintaining project plans for client roll-outs. They will support project review calls, coordinate project streams, manage scope changes, and define/set up agreed client payroll processes and data requirements. This role involves managing client payroll calendars, maintaining detailed project documentation, configuring interfaces, reports, and systems for parallel and live payroll, and ensuring client sign-off on projects. They will also document client-specific needs and processes, and generate reports to analyze, audit, and reconcile payroll data.
