The Payroll Expert will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll execution in their region, including selecting payroll software, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, and preparing reconciliation reports. They will manage all critical local payroll and HR processes, assess and improve growth processes, stay updated on regulatory changes, and collaborate cross-functionally to provide expertise and answer complex payroll and HR questions.
