Requirements

  • Knowledge of CCNL Terziario – Confcommercio (indispensable)
  • Basic knowledge of labor law regulations and payslip
  • Knowledge of English language
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of Workday management system
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations related to personnel management
  • Diploma or degree
  • Previous experience in the area of at least 3/5 years, preferably in multinational contexts or professional labor consulting firms
  • Strong relational skills, dynamism, analytical skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to work in a highly qualified team

Responsibilities

  • Verification and control of store attendance sheets via myareaf2a application
  • Sending mandatory communications (hiring, termination, transformations, and extensions) via SIUL portal of Regione Lombardia
  • Preparation of hiring contracts for store personnel
  • Management of documentation related to the establishment of the employment relationship
  • Preparation of variation letters related to existing employment relationships for store personnel
  • Verification of sick leave certificates
  • Entry and control of variable data for monthly payroll processing
  • Periodic management of supplementary pension funds
  • Coordination with District Sales Managers and HR Europe Department for correct management of existing employment relationships of store employees
  • Management of health and safety compliance in support of H&S consultants
