Requirements

Candidates should possess an understanding of payment processing methods and systems, familiarity with KYC and AML regulations and best practices, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, strong communication skills (written and verbal), proficiency in the English language, proficiency in Google Workspace, a high level of integrity and confidentiality, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

The Payment & KYC Coordinator will oversee daily payment and KYC performance, reporting any incidents directly to the Head of Payments, respond promptly to case studies and inquiries from the compliance team, handle incoming MED requests from Payment Service Providers (PSPs), conduct tests on payment processes and KYC providers in Brazil, document findings, and generate reports to optimize payment flows, analyze competitor activities, test payment and KYC flows, and compile insights to refine payment strategies, identify and recommend improvements to the payment experience based on testing results and industry trends, assist the Fraud and KYC teams by answering their questions and providing necessary information, and assist with daily duties and responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
