Requirements

The Manager, Customer Onboarding Services requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or fintech environment. Strong leadership and operational agility are essential, along with a blend of technical and interpersonal skills. Experience with Salesforce and data migration processes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

This role involves ensuring the successful onboarding of new customers, monitoring and meeting KPIs such as days in data import, median days to live, tNPS, and churn rates, and managing team goals and KPIs. The Manager will also lead team meetings, manage employee performance, collaborate with other teams (Sales, CS, Product), and oversee training programs like MyCase 101. Additionally, they are responsible for monitoring team workload, tracking payments SPIF, and managing partner channels.
