Responsibilities

The Digital Implementation Manager II will act as a subject matter expert for digital solutions and services, assisting in internal process improvement initiatives. This role directs the technical and operational aspects of digital solutions, collaborating with functional area leads to evaluate project issues and ensure solutions meet customer expectations for time, quality, and cost. Responsibilities include coordinating activities of internal departments and external vendors, serving as the primary liaison between the Sponsor and PPD by facilitating information flow, and providing timely project updates and fiscal information. The manager will also handle financial and contractual aspects of studies, including establishing financial landmarks, managing subcontractors, approving invoices, and developing contract modifications. Ensuring appropriate team training and providing guidance to others are also key duties.
