A minimum of 5 years of experience is required, along with advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle specific to digital solutions. The role demands the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, a demonstrated track record of integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity, and a passion for championing change, achieving results, and navigating ambiguity. Strong task management skills, effective collaboration abilities, and emotional intelligence are essential, as are effective presentation skills and proficiency in both written and spoken English.
The Digital Implementation Manager II will act as a subject matter expert for digital solutions and services, assisting in internal process improvement initiatives. This role directs the technical and operational aspects of digital solutions, collaborating with functional area leads to evaluate project issues and ensure solutions meet customer expectations for time, quality, and cost. Responsibilities include coordinating activities of internal departments and external vendors, serving as the primary liaison between the Sponsor and PPD by facilitating information flow, and providing timely project updates and fiscal information. The manager will also handle financial and contractual aspects of studies, including establishing financial landmarks, managing subcontractors, approving invoices, and developing contract modifications. Ensuring appropriate team training and providing guidance to others are also key duties.
