A Matric qualification is required, with a post-secondary qualification in health administration, business, or a related field being an advantage. Experience in healthcare admissions, medical aid/insurance, or client services is necessary. Knowledge of US healthcare or insurance processes is beneficial. Strong communication skills with empathy and professionalism, high organization, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple cases are essential. Computer literacy with CRM/EHR experience is preferred. A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps and a reliable power backup solution are mandatory for this remote role.
