Detail-oriented, time management, and teamwork skills are required, along with excellent customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in computer skills, including G-Suite and other parts programs, is essential, as is a personal dedication to work safety and accountability.
The Parts Counter Specialist will provide superior customer service by greeting customers warmly and eagerly assisting them, accurately identifying machine make/model/serial numbers through questioning, investigating part needs and determining additional required parts, fulfilling parts orders with in-stock inventory and placing orders as needed, accurately matching orders with packing slips, collecting customer payment information/POs and following up on past due accounts, utilizing resources such as online manuals and microfiche to properly identify parts, and maintaining parts inventory.
