Requirements

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related discipline and minimum one year of customer service experience; or a High School diploma/GED and five or more years of customer service experience
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel, Access)
  • Minimum two years' experience working with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of pivot tables required
  • Ability to communicate using local language
  • Strong focus on customer care and satisfaction
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines and commitments
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S

Responsibilities

  • Remediate part backorders by finding alternate suppliers to source parts to
  • Work closely with Biomed’s to insure on time order delivery with constant communication
  • Provide answers to field inquiries and /or direct them to proper resources for resolution
  • Assist with part solution actions as needed with other cross-functional teams including Sourcing, Zone Analysts, Parts Expediters and AP
  • Address order escalations. Find and execute part order solutions
  • Receive and process Biomed order changes. i.e. Cancellations & Amendments to existing PO’s
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed for supplier specific processes
  • Perform professional vendor and field call handling and communication
  • Meet or exceed established goals and metrics as defined by the leadership team
  • Comply with company attendance policy
  • Run reports in Excel, and effectively manage workload based on delivery expectations
  • Be aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations
  • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
  • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
  • Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies and operate within them
  • Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies and operate within them
  • Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures
