Requirements

  • Proven experience (c. 5 years) of managing and activating partnerships for major brands within the sports environment, ideally within European football
  • A strong ability to demonstrate partnership ROI through data analysis
  • A proactive, can-do approach to account management, constantly interrogating our work and suggesting new solutions/opportunities which deliver value for partners
  • Experience in building lasting working relationships with clients, sponsors and stakeholders, ‘a people person’
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrable ability to work and deliver, whilst remaining calm under pressure
  • Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills with an eye for detail
  • A thorough understanding of the sports sponsorship industry
  • Fluent written and spoken English, other languages beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of several partners across the UWF portfolio
  • Ensure effective delivery of rights across the various competitions and supporting partners’ marketing activations and campaigns, with a planning-led approach
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted advisor to commercial partners, guiding rights usage and marketing activations
  • Coordinate and lead account status meetings and support with reporting and performance tracking across accounts
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including UEFA, UC3 and partner agencies, across areas including marketing, social, digital, CRM, commercial operations, ticketing and legal
  • As required, travel within Europe to visit UEFA/UC3 and commercial partners
