Prior experience in partnership deals and negotiations within regulated industries, particularly with financial institutions and risk/compliance teams, is beneficial. Strong analytical skills, the capacity to determine optimal operational and commercial processes for new channels and partners, and excellent management of external relationships with founders and executives are also required. Resilience, attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach are essential, alongside self-motivation and a passion for transforming the remote hiring and payroll industry.

Responsibilities

The Partnerships Manager will identify Venture, Talent, and Professional Services organizations for potential partnerships with Deel, and successfully close, manage, and enable partners to refer clients or resell on behalf of Deel. They will nurture these partnerships beyond initial launch, strategically managing them and ideating, launching, and optimizing co-marketing campaigns. Furthermore, the role involves partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive channel referral growth and exploring opportunities with fintech partners, including integrations and product partnerships.
