Candidates should have first-hand experience in Partner Management, Sales, or Customer Success. Fluency in German and English is required, along with strong relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as well as outstanding organizational and project management abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience in HR tech is preferred.
The Partnerships Manager will identify and recruit new partners to expand Leapsome's partnership program in EMEA. They will enable and onboard partners, providing them with the necessary knowledge and tools for client referrals. The role involves nurturing and managing partner relationships throughout their lifecycle to ensure mutual success. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with the marketing team on initiatives that include partners and work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of sourced opportunities.
