Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in startup business development, strategic partnerships, corporate development, or venture capital, and an MBA or equivalent entrepreneurial/operator experience is strongly preferred. They should have a deep understanding of the startup and developer ecosystems, familiarity with open-source business models and cloud infrastructure, and demonstrated ability to define strategy and execute with a high degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities

The Partnerships Development Manager will define and lead the strategic roadmap for partnerships and market development aligned with Supabase’s growth objectives, identify and evaluate high-potential companies and technology partners, build and nurture revenue-generating partnerships, craft and negotiate partnership models and terms, collaborate with Product, Marketing, and GTM teams to launch partner initiatives, drive ongoing market analysis to surface new partnership opportunities, act as a thought leader internally and externally, and represent Supabase in conversations with founders, VCs, and emerging tech leaders.
