Responsibilities

  • Execute high-impact field events: Organize and run strategic events targeting HR professionals, ensuring measurable business outcomes
  • Build and maintain HR network relationships: Establish and nurture key partnerships with HR influencers, business federations leaders and decision-makers
  • Increase Alan’s brand presence in the Belgian HR ecosystem: Drive engagement and visibility by creating content for sales, and establishing partnerships
  • Generate business opportunities for sales: Work closely with the sales team to convert brand awareness into leads and pipeline growth
  • Develop localized communication content: Create compelling event materials, messaging, and communications tailored to the Belgian HR audience
  • Establish Alan as a thought leader: Position Alan within the HR community through strategic collaborations, speaking engagements, and industry recognition
