Candidates must possess payments experience, a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience managing ISV Partners is preferred, along with strong communication skills and IT fluency, and Salesforce experience is a plus.
The Partner Development Manager will develop an understanding of Partners’ organizations, business models, and go-to-market strategies to identify opportunities, maintain relationships through communication, educate Partners on Xplor resources, drive sales production through interaction, monitor and report on partner performance, assist with inquiries, support negotiations, develop understanding of integration options, drive resolution of escalated issues, prepare business reviews, and visit Partners as needed.
