Candidates should have proven experience as a Customer/Partner Success Director or Customer Success/Partner Manager and at least 5 years of experience working in or with enterprise health systems. A strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including the dynamics and challenges faced by large health enterprises and clinicians, is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, technical aptitude, and strong problem-solving skills.
The Partner Success Director will build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and healthcare professionals, acting as a trusted advisor to guide them on best practices and align solutions with their needs. They will provide product training and onboarding, proactively address issues, and monitor clinician satisfaction and adoption rates. Additionally, they will collaborate with the sales team to identify expansion opportunities, conduct business reviews, present new features, and track customer expansion metrics to contribute to revenue growth. The role also involves serving as the voice of the customer internally, sharing insights to drive product improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
