Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess 6+ years of experience managing revenue-focused partnerships and/or working closely with partners to drive sales, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals, both individually and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, including presenting, speaking, and writing, are essential, along with comfort working in a remote-first environment and the ability to manage shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

As a Partner Manager, you will collaborate with leadership to shape and execute a partner strategy supporting Planet’s Commercial verticals, including Agriculture, Natural Resources & Energy, Finance & Insurance, Education & Research, and Emerging Markets. You will build and manage strong partner relationships across North America and Europe, working with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals, and work closely with Sales and Product leaders to align partnerships with broader business objectives. Furthermore, you will enable partner success through contracts, business structures, sales and technical enablement, and regular performance check-ins, representing partnerships in key Commercial business meetings and contributing insights to improve programs like the Orbit Partner Program.
