Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in a Channel / Partnerships role with over 5+ years in leadership positions, demonstrating a passion for cloud technologies and the construction industry, and a strong understanding of the construction technology ecosystem. The role requires up to 50% travel within the North America region, and a high integrity, high energy, team player with the ability to excel and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As the Director of Partnerships, North America, the individual will own the GTM relationship, motion, and managing partners within the region, developing and executing the channel sales and service strategy and prioritization plan for the Americas. They will be responsible for experience hunting and maximizing partnerships in the construction industry and consulting agencies, working with Cloud partners such as AWS and Microsoft, leading the North America partnership GTM team, enabling new initiatives, developing strong relationships at the executive level with key channels and partners, and identifying new partnership opportunities across reseller and service partner ecosystems.
