The Partner Management Director will lead one of ServiceNow's largest global partnerships with Genpact, focusing on generating net new sales revenue through 'sell-to', 'sell with', and 'sell through' motions across AMS, EMEA, and APAC markets. Responsibilities include providing sales leadership to the Global Partnerships and Channels team, executing territory and account plans, forecasting, and engaging in field-based sales activities. The role involves collaborating with global and regional partner alliance members to drive the unified partnership program, achieve license adoption and revenue growth, and enhance customer experience. Key duties include educating Field AEs on partnership differentiation, qualifying and executing new sales opportunities, conducting in-depth research on Genpact's needs, building the ServiceNow practice with Genpact across various service lines and industries, and scaling the ServiceNow business into key industry verticals.
