About SonderMind

At SonderMind, we know that therapy works. SonderMind provides accessible, personalized mental healthcare that produces high-quality outcomes for patients. SonderMind's individualized approach to care starts with using innovative technology to help people not just find a therapist, but find the right, in-network therapist for them, should they choose to use their insurance. From there, SonderMind's clinicians are committed to delivering best-in-class care to all patients by focusing on high-quality clinical outcomes. To enable our clinicians to thrive, SonderMind defines care expectations while providing tools such as clinical note-taking, secure telehealth capabilities, outcome measurement, messaging, and direct booking. About the Role

As a Partner Growth Manager at SonderMind, you will be at the forefront of using data to drive strategic growth and deepen partnerships with our enterprise health system clients. This is not a traditional account management role; it's a high-impact, analytical position ideal for someone who thrives on uncovering insights, solving complex problems, and influencing revenue growth.

In this role, you will analyze partner data to identify operational inefficiencies, opportunities for expansion, and strategies to improve care delivery at scale. You’ll translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for both internal stakeholders and partner organizations, playing a critical role in SonderMind’s growth in the enterprise healthcare space.

What You'll Do

  • Success Metrics & Reporting:
    • Reviewing and actioning on reports and metrics of success for Health Systems and their partner organizations.
    • Analyze trends and identify actions for success.
    • Interpret Enterprise reporting for intersecting success metrics.
  • Partner Health Monitoring:
    • Track and measure HS partner health and success metrics, such as usage data, feedback, and satisfaction.
    • Proactively identify potential risks to customer success (e.g., churn or dissatisfaction) and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Partner Success:
    • Proactively engage with customers to understand their evolving needs and provide solutions.
  • Customer Advocacy & Support:
    • Act as the partners' voice within the organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring their issues are addressed promptly.
    • Resolve HS partners' queries, challenges, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Feedback & Insights:
    • Gather health system partners' feedback and insights to help inform product development and service improvements.
    • Work with Care Coordination, Analytics, and Marketing teams to relay this information.
    • Identify repeatable insights and scalable strategies for other partner accounts.

What Does Success Look Like?

  • You’ve taken over day-to-day management of current HS accounts in your first 90 days.
  • You understand and own the key metrics for HS partner success.
  • You’ve mapped and understand key stakeholders in each account and are actively managing those relationships.
  • You’ve learned the business case for each partnership, understand the current operations, and can manage the cross-functional tasks necessary to ensure success.
  • You’ve contributed meaningfully to strategic planning efforts and surfaced net new opportunities that improve both partner impact and SonderMind revenue.
  • You’ve started to see areas for improvement and are updating your account plans for each partner.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years in healthcare consulting, analytics, or a similarly strategic, data-heavy role supporting health systems or enterprise healthcare clients.
  • Knowledge of clinical systems is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

SonderMind

Connects clients with licensed therapists

About SonderMind

SonderMind connects individuals seeking therapy with licensed therapists to improve access to mental health services. The company uses a digital platform that matches clients with therapists based on their specific needs, such as anxiety or depression. This matching process ensures clients find the right support. For therapists, SonderMind simplifies the connection with clients, appointment management, and billing, allowing them to focus on care rather than administrative tasks. The company generates revenue through client fees and insurance reimbursements, as it partners with major insurance providers. SonderMind's goal is to make mental health care more accessible and efficient for both clients and therapists.
