Partner Marketing Manager

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of field sales experience in database areas, cloud (IaaS), PasS, and SaaS industries, with preferred industry experience and/or relationships in Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, and Telco sectors. Strong experience in building and managing partner ecosystems, along with a demonstrated ability to develop joint value messaging and GTM motions, is essential.
As a Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and expanding Snowflake’s ecosystem of Application, Data, and Solution Providers by acquiring new Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, and Telco partners. This includes creating and executing strategic GTM plans, managing a portfolio of high-performing partners, engaging with customers to drive product adoption, reporting on partner business activity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment. You will also be expected to build relationships with Snowflake’s sales teams and serve as a primary point of contact for joint sales with the Manufacturing ecosystem.
