Partner Account Manager

Position Overview

We are experiencing rapid growth and expansion and are seeking a motivated Partner Account Manager to join us in creating a #CyberFit future and protecting the digital world.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a specific set of partners.
  • Drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth through assigned partners.
  • Perform account planning with all managed partners, with detail level varying based on partner engagement, loyalty, and responsiveness.
  • Train existing partners on current and new products.
  • Guide partners to adopt Acronis Automation and Security tooling to increase their operational efficiency.
  • Motivate and enable partners to sell Acronis services to their existing customer base, attract new customers to the partner, and help retain the partner's existing customers.
  • Drive partner satisfaction, acting as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the entire partner lifecycle.
  • Drive successful upsell/cross-sell initiatives with partners to increase new services attach rate.
  • Put maximum effort into avoiding churn and retaining partners.
  • Engage and orchestrate all needed internal resources to support dedicated partners' growth.
  • Understand partner lifecycle management and lead partners through it via regular activities focused on educating, evangelizing, and committing.
  • Maintain a regular frequency of contact with every partner depending on priority.
  • Cover strategic Partners in LATAM.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the channel software industry in similar positions (channel sales, partner account management, or channel development).
  • Experience in selling subscription-based software licenses.
  • In-depth channel and field sales knowledge with an understanding of the cloud market business model.
  • Strong presentational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate product features and answer customer questions.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a global environment, eager to do more and help out, viewing challenging situations as opportunities.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to adapt to changes in responsibilities and strategies.
  • Highly persistent in follow-up conversations, negotiations, and closing sales.
  • Strong planning and time management skills.
  • Passion and commitment to succeed by working hard and never giving up.
  • Willingness to travel.
