Retail Sales Consultants earn between $15.65 - $17.53 per hour plus up to $6,850 in commissions if all sales goals are met. This is a part-time role at Milford Mall with a schedule between 9am-9pm, including evenings and weekends, during the store’s busiest times. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but no sales experience is required as training, tools, and coaching are provided. A consultative sales approach, drive, passion for helping people, flexibility, and openness to change in a fast-paced environment are key.
