Candidates should possess 2-4 years of retail experience, preferably within a luxury environment, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, the ability to perform effective selling techniques to achieve sales and repeat business, basic computer skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Suite, and the physical ability to lift/carry/move 40lbs. minimum, including fixtures and product, and the capacity to work a flexible schedule including holidays, overnights, and weekends.
As a Keyholder, responsibilities include creating a warm and welcoming in-store environment while maintaining instore visual standards, maintaining an effective clientele book, understanding the surrounding community and catering to the demographic of potential clients, learning the details of the product assortment and successfully communicating the finest details to clients, handling transfers and return to vendors while filing necessary paperwork, handling in-store RTV’s, damages, etc. when necessary, and handling weekly bank deposits as necessary.
