Ability to train and coach sales associates on sales techniques and product knowledge

Availability for part-time schedule (20-29 hours weekly), including opening/closing the store

Responsibilities

Drive sales by utilizing StoreForce dashboard for coaching, feedback, and shop floor adjustments to meet/exceed goals; take ownership of results and celebrate achievements
Deliver world-class customer experience through product demonstrations, observing consultations, collaborating with team, and exceeding sales goals
Educate customers on Lush brand values in-shop and via community engagement, store parties, and traffic-driving initiatives
Increase product knowledge and provide informed recommendations
Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers on sales techniques and product knowledge; lead by example, assess performance, seek feedback, and pursue development opportunities
Foster DEIB by encouraging open communication, listening to perspectives, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and valuing unique contributions
Manage cash handling (transactions, register open/close, reconciling drawers, nightly deposits, securing store); take deposits to bank as required
Lead by example in attendance/punctuality, monitor employee breaks, review daily communications/task lists to ensure team preparedness
Maintain clean, organized, visually appealing store through visuals and merchandising
