Requirements

Strong product knowledge of Lush products and brand values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging)
Ability to utilize StoreForce dashboard for analyzing sales results and providing coaching/feedback
Skills in cash handling, including transactions, register management, reconciling drawers, nightly deposits, and securing the store
Capability to open/close the store and, as required, take deposits to the bank
Leadership skills to train/coach sales associates and peers on sales techniques and product knowledge
Commitment to punctuality, attendance, monitoring breaks, and reviewing daily communications
Ability to maintain visuals and merchandising for a clean, organized, visually appealing store

Responsibilities

Drive sales by using StoreForce dashboard for coaching/feedback, adjusting shop floor structure, owning segment results, and celebrating achievements
Deliver world-class customer experience by leading product demonstrations, observing consultations, collaborating with team, and exceeding sales goals
Build the brand by educating customers on Lush values, hosting store parties, community engagement, and traffic-driving initiatives
Increase product knowledge through constant learning and provide informed recommendations
Train and coach Sales Ambassadors/peers on sales techniques and product knowledge; lead by example, own development, seek feedback
Promote DEIB by encouraging open communication, listening to perspectives, fostering belonging, teamwork, collaboration, and recognizing contributions
Manage cash handling, store opening/closing, register reconciliation, deposits, and securing the store
Lead by example in attendance/punctuality, monitor employee breaks, review daily communications/task lists for team preparedness
Maintain clean, organized, visually appealing store through visuals and merchandising
