Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by coaching the sales team using StoreForce dashboard, adjusting shop floor structure, owning segment results, and celebrating achievements
  • Deliver world-class customer experience by leading product demonstrations, observing consultations, collaborating with team, and exceeding sales goals
  • Build the Lush brand by educating customers on values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging) through shop interactions, community engagement, store parties, and traffic-driving initiatives
  • Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers on sales techniques and product knowledge to improve performance and increase sales; lead by example, own personal development, seek feedback, and pursue growth opportunities
  • Promote DEIB by encouraging open communication, listening to perspectives, fostering belonging, teamwork, collaboration, and recognizing unique contributions
  • Manage cash handling (transactions, opening/closing register, reconciling drawers, nightly deposits, securing store) and take bank deposits as required
  • Lead by example in attendance and punctuality, monitor employee breaks, review daily communications (updates, task lists) to ensure team preparedness
  • Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing store visuals and merchandising to enhance customer experience
  • Support Store Management Team in all business areas, including opening/closing store, analyzing sales results, and leading training sessions
  • Lead and inspire sales associates on the shop floor to achieve goals, fostering a passionate, positive, productive, and fun work environment
