As a Panel Growth Manager, EMEA, you will develop and execute data-driven contributor acquisition strategies, own top-of-funnel initiatives, optimize channel mixes across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and affiliate networks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop region-specific messaging and campaigns. You will analyze contributor behavior, manage relationships with marketing agencies and partners, and present regular performance updates, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement to achieve ambitious global growth targets.
