Responsibilities

The Senior Growth Designer will design a high volume of performance-driven marketing content across various channels, including paid social ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and animations. They will lead high-impact creative from concept to execution, shaping strategic design direction and delivering results through rapid, data-informed iteration. This role involves partnering with growth marketers to test, analyze, and evolve creative based on performance data, telling compelling visual stories, and applying and evolving the Ethos brand across key marketing channels. Additionally, the designer will support creative for new product launches and evolving product lines.
