Requirements

Candidates should possess a Trade School Certification, a 2-year degree, or equivalent industry experience. Superior communication and interpersonal skills with excellent phone manner are essential. The role requires the ability to achieve results and meet goals in a fast-paced team environment. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Synapse workflows and implementations, experience with clinical data transfer protocols and interfaces (HL7 and DICOM), knowledge of medical informatics architecture (VMware and Storage Solutions), industry-specific certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Security+), the ability to make independent decisions based on technology data and product knowledge, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, and working knowledge of Windows OS (Microsoft Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022+), Networking, SQL Server, and Oracle.

Responsibilities

The PACS Admin will be responsible for Synapse Application Support. This includes managing Synapse workflows and their implementations, as well as the Synapse application front end. The role involves working with clinical data transfer protocols and interfaces, and understanding medical informatics architecture. Additionally, the PACS Admin will utilize their knowledge of Windows OS, Networking, SQL Server, and Oracle to support the application.
