Requirements

- 7–10 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in R&D, Supply Chain, or technical functions
- Strong background in packaging development and molding technologies
- Solid understanding of planning, sourcing, and manufacturing operations
- Proven project and change management experience
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Managing mold development and inline tooling across APAC
- Partnering with suppliers to ensure timely and quality component delivery
- Safeguarding product costs and escalating risks when needed
- Maintaining accurate product data and resolving packaging issues
- Delivering cost-saving and improvement projects
- Coordinating packaging development for Open Gate and new vendors
- Participating in supplier performance and inventory management reviews
