A full understanding of the sales process, including business planning, training, retail selling, and inventory management, is necessary, along with the ability to negotiate and close deals. Candidates must reside within their assigned territory and possess strong customer relationship skills. A valid driver's license and adherence to the company's Motor Vehicle Record and Company Vehicle Fleet policies are mandatory. The ability to stand for extended periods, perform frequent bending, crouching, and twisting, and lift up to 50 pounds is also required, along with extensive driving and travel (up to 80%).
