Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail. Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills are required. Candidates must possess dependable transportation, a valid driver's license, the ability to rent cars and take domestic flights, and the capacity to incur and document travel expenses. The role requires 80% travel, visiting clients in-store Monday through Friday.
The Field Client Consultant is responsible for driving engagement and growth within their assigned client portfolio by acting as the primary point of contact and escalating issues as needed. They will build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and educating clients on product usage while recommending additional solutions. The consultant ensures successful delivery of software solutions, conducts training, and communicates product knowledge effectively. Key responsibilities include forecasting and tracking account metrics, identifying and growing opportunities within the territory in collaboration with sales teams, and assisting with high-severity client requests. Additionally, they must accurately track and submit expenses, maintain client visit schedules according to SLAs, and meet or exceed client retention, additional product sales, product usage, and client satisfaction goals.
