Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience, a valid current driver’s license and auto insurance, the ability to work well independently and as part of a team, a hunter mentality, a professional demeanor, impeccable integrity, and a high sense of urgency. They must also be able to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking, and align with Xplor’s four core values.
The Outside Sales Account Executive will develop and maintain relationships with small to medium sized business owners, work closely with various departments to onboard new business, manage their sales pipeline and day to day tasks using Salesforce, prepare presentations and proposals, educate merchants and business owners on the payment processing industry, and maintain regular communication with sales leadership to close sales of payment processing services and meet expected minimum requirements.
