The Outreach Specialist will participate in both outbound and inbound patient engagement via phone and digital channels, providing essential support and information to patients. They will identify patient needs, manage complaint resolution and patient retention, take ownership of complex patient cases, coordinate patient support, proactively manage patient orders, conduct outreach based on patient feedback, and escalate priority issues to ensure continuous improvement. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries efficiently and providing support and training to other specialists as needed.
