Omada Health is a digital care provider that empowers people to achieve their health goals through sustainable behavioral change. We've gained worldwide recognition for evidence-based solutions that help people manage chronic conditions and live healthier lives. We combine the power of technology, human coaching, and data-driven insights to deliver digital healthcare at scale.

Omada Health recognizes that exceptional digital healthcare requires a complementary compliance infrastructure to help ensure that care is delivered as promised. This includes ensuring that how we represent ourselves to our future Members is accurate and grounded in facts and comports with healthcare’s complex rules regarding outreach to members and potential members. We also recognize that the best practices of compliance are not static and seek to incorporate the best of others, including consideration of business processes and the ways that artificial intelligence can accelerate our work product.

We’re looking for a collaborative, people-first individual who has an understanding of marketing rules in a healthcare context who will primarily help focus our outreach efforts on accurate, timely and legally compliant delivery to future members and to other relevant businesses, and who has a desire to expand their healthcare compliance expertise by contributing to our general compliance efforts through developing and testing compliance controls and policies and performing compliance reviews.
