Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and ideally have 5+ years of experience in marketing compliance within a healthcare or regulated industry. Demonstrated understanding of healthcare marketing regulations, including HIPAA and other relevant guidelines, is essential, along with strong knowledge of data privacy principles.
The Marketing Compliance Manager will develop and implement a scalable promotional review process for externally-facing materials, aiming to reduce processing time, SME review time, and revision cycles. They will also collaborate with the Compliance and Legal teams to investigate member outreach complaints, audit outreach processes, and identify opportunities for preventative controls. Furthermore, this role involves developing and managing marketing compliance training, and contributing to the overall compliance efforts by developing and testing compliance controls and policies, and performing compliance reviews.
