Requirements

Candidates should possess a high school degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry. They must demonstrate strong patient-focused skills, an action-oriented approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Familiarity with healthcare/health insurance regulations and compliance standards is also required.

Responsibilities

The Patient Account Resolution Specialist will review new and recurring patient accounts to obtain necessary documentation for billing, research and secure required information from customers, manage collaborative relationships with field leadership and patients, evaluate documentation for compliance, perform follow-up to achieve timely reimbursement, and proactively create a better patient experience. They will also support field teams, operations, and sales by providing feedback, critically problem-solve common complaints, and be a champion of the employee experience, driving company culture and supporting employee programs.
