Responsibilities

  • Prospect new business and generate leads through cold calling and other outreach methods
  • Qualify prospect needs and secure follow-up meetings for the Business Development team using a consultative sales approach
  • Develop prospect lists aligned with regional goals and service capabilities
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to qualify needs, schedule appointments, and develop revenue opportunities
  • Discover compelling reasons to buy, uncover pains, challenge prospects' thinking, and master questions to reveal consequences of unresolved problems
  • Deeply understand prospects' goals, problems, industry, job roles, and how they relate to company services and solutions
  • Focus on small to large prospects based on niches and regional needs to grow the book of business
  • Utilize sales engagement tools, cold calls, email campaigns, social media, and marketing to open new doors
  • Manage leads by setting appointments, following up, and tracking progress using CRM software
  • Conduct prospect research, data entry, cold calls, emails, and networking
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management using CRM software
  • Crosstrain in different departments to understand the business model, services, and solutions
  • Collaborate with internal departments
