Candidates must possess a higher education degree in fields such as Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Management, or Communication. A minimum of 3 years of relevant consulting or business experience is required, along with a solid background in Organizational Change Management, continuous improvement, design thinking, learning & development, and transformation. Proven success in delivering client engagements in Organizational Transformation and functional expertise in ERP (S/4Hana, SAP, Oracle), BPO/Outsourcing, Cloud, or Salesforce Transformation are necessary. The role requires proactive, high-energy, motivated individuals with a driving personality, a willingness to travel, and excellent English proficiency. Additional German or French language skills are highly desirable.
The Organizational Change Management Consultant will work on large-scale international business transformation programs, focusing on organization transformations, digital, and ERP implementations, and Business Process Outsourcing. Responsibilities include ensuring successful client delivery through customer experience, guiding stakeholders on their change journey, developing and implementing change strategies and plans, conducting change impact and readiness assessments, managing client stakeholders at all levels, and planning and executing communications and training programs. The role also involves contributing to the development of the firm's Organizational Transformation methodology and knowledge assets, as well as assisting in proposal creation and service offering development.
