We are seeking purpose-driven professionals to join our Talent & Organization team in Poland. The ideal candidate will have experience driving Organizational Change Management as part of large international digital transformations. Our goal is to deliver world-class customer experiences by ensuring commitment to transformation programs, true adoption of new ways of working, and ultimately achieving intended goals and ROI.
Responsibilities
- Work on large-scale international business transformation programs for clients, focusing on organization transformations, digital and ERP implementations, and Business Process Outsourcing.
- As an Organizational Change Manager, be an integral part of larger project teams, focused on ensuring successful client delivery through customer experience.
- Bring your change expertise to clients and guide their stakeholders on their change journey.
- Develop and implement change strategies & plans.
- Conduct change impact and change readiness assessments.
- Manage client stakeholders on all levels.
- Plan and execute communications and organize training programs.
- Contribute to the development of our Organizational Transformation methodology and knowledge assets as part of the Talent & Organization team.
- Contribute to proposal creation and the development of our service offerings in the area of Organizational Transformation.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Higher education degree, e.g., in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Management, Communication, or other related fields.
- At least 3+ years of relevant and recent consulting or business experience.
- Solid background in Organizational Change Management, continuous improvement, design thinking, learning & development, and transformation experience.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering client engagements in the field of Organizational Transformation.
- Functional expertise in ERP (S/4Hana, SAP, Oracle), BPO/Outsourcing, Cloud, or Salesforce Transformation.
- Proactive self-starters with high energy, a motivated and driving personality.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent command of English.
- Additional language skills in German or French are highly desirable.
