Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related major, and new graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in financial record bookkeeping and accounting functions is advantageous, along with knowledge of ERP/SAP systems and proficiency in office software such as Word and Excel. Strong math, tying, and computing skills are also required, alongside excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills. A strong sense of responsibility, proactive nature, and self-motivation are essential, as well as professional English competency.

Responsibilities

The Order Processing Specialist will review and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, terms, and billing details; verify purchase orders (POs), contracts, and sales agreements for compliance; coordinate with sales and logistics teams; generate and issue accurate invoices; handle invoice adjustments, credits, and rebates; investigate and resolve billing discrepancies; work with customers and internal teams to clarify order issues; assist with collections; reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment disputes; maintain accurate records of order statuses and billing updates; respond to customer inquiries; collaborate with sales, customer service, and AR teams; assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable; and ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
